The La Crosse-Dubna Friendship Association Inc. Student Exchange mission is to assist students
and their families from La Crosse and Dubna to learn about and appreciate one another's traditions, history, and way
of life. The LDFA is a non-profit tax-exempt organization. We invite anyone to join us in building bridges of
friendship and understanding between the people of our two cities.
